SIM BRIDGE
SIM Bridge: reach customers from your work number
SIM Bridge connects your CRM or application to an Android phone. Manage messages through the dashboard and HTTP API; the phone sends SMS through its own SIM.
AI-generated scenario illustrationUse it for order updates, delivery information, appointments and service-ready notifications. Android receives jobs from the server and submits messages to the carrier. Recipients see your SIM number, and their replies can reach your system through a webhook.
The dashboard provides pairing, message history, statuses and integration keys. A corporate project receives isolated access and manages its own phones through the API. Your backend decides how businesses inside your CRM map orders to phones.
The server stores SMS history, recipient numbers and device information in PostgreSQL. API keys and device tokens are stored as hashes. Webhooks are signed, and company access and data are checked separately.
You need Android 8 or later, a SIM that supports SMS, and an internet connection. Allow SMS, notifications and background operation. Charging and battery settings help keep the gateway running; a force-stopped app must be opened manually.
Things to keep in mind
- The service plan does not include your carrier’s SMS charges.
- Sent means Android confirmed sending. Delivered means a carrier delivery report, when available.
- A job not acknowledged by the phone can become unknown. It is not automatically sent again.
- Notify recipients who have agreed to receive messages. Follow carrier rules and applicable messaging requirements.
